All of the Tech Drills Sheets are published on this site. Have a look prior to the day you use that drill sheet. Print it off and take it with you for reference Each week, every age level of player in LSA is practicing the same topic, at their age-appropriate level. If you have questions, send them to the Technical Director at the LSA office via email at least a working day in advance.

Below each Drill Sheet, you will find a link to a YouTube video that shows the drill being performed in real time. A picture is worth a thousand words. How many is a video?

Coach it.

Give it a try. Recruit a parent to be the co-coach for the drills to help herd the cats. Let us know which ones you liked the best. We are trying to keep all the kids busy and learning, not just lined up waiting their turn.

Look for the coaching points listed and give specific direction to individual players. “Can you try XXX next time when YYY happens” is your most powerful coaching tool. They will feel good when they do it, and your smile will say it all.
